In this video, we showed our client something very important: the foot is noticeably longer than the insole.

And that means the toes simply don’t have enough space inside the shoe.

Wearing shoes that are too small or too tight can create constant pressure and contribute to:

• painful toes
• calluses and corns
• ingrown toenails

• discomfort while walking

And sometimes clients spend months trying to fix the consequences without realizing that the shoes are part of the problem.

Your foot should fit comfortably, with enough space in front of your toes — not hanging over the edge.

In this video, we removed gel polish and an extension that had been built over a previously damaged toenail.

What we found underneath:
