Universal Area Developments | Building the future of Universal.

Universal is one of Pafos' most established and sought-after neighbourhood, and we're proud to be
shaping its future.

From Universal Residences ,Ariad and Original, to Riverside, Oculus, and our newest development,
Otello, each project reflects our commitment to quality, thoughtful design, and creating
communities that stand the test of time.

Whether you're looking for a home or an investment, Universal continues to offer the perfect
combination of location, lifestyle, and long-term value.

Six developments. One neighbourhood. One vision.

Autumn in Pafos.

Golden sunsets, warm Mediterranean days, peaceful beaches, and a lifestyle that slows down just enough to enjoy every moment.

As the seasons change, Pafos reveals a different kind of beauty. One that's quieter, more authentic, and just as inspiring. It's the perfect time to explore, unwind, and experience everything this remarkable city has to offer.

At Domenica Group, we're proud to create homes in a place that's beautiful in every season.
