God, I’ve spent so much time trying to be enough for everyone that I forgot to care for myself. Teach me that my soul matters too. Help me stop abandoning myself while trying to rescue others. Show me how to love myself without guilt. Amen🙏🫀

I used to think communication was everything, untill I realised understanding is. You can say all the right words, but if the other person doesn't truly hear you, it's just noise.🥹

Mentally lost. Except no one will ever know. Because I act like nothing's wrong. I laugh when I'm in the room. I reply "I'm fine" before anyone can look at me too closely. I show up. I smile. I move. I keep conversations simple so nobody asks tough questions. But the second I'm alone, the silence gets so loud. Everything I've been holding in finally starts screaming. It's not that I don't want help, I just got really good at acting like I don't need it.
