B, After 2 prior CDs, TA grayscale and CDI views demonstrate extensive remodeling of the entire LUS and normal retroplacental circulation. The graphic rendering and intraoperative view show a large area of dehiscence (∗) and mild increase in superficial vascularization of the LUS.
