Visible under-eye veins are one of the most underestimated aesthetic concerns.

Patients often describe them as “dark circles” or a constant tired appearance, even when they are well-rested and healthy.

In reality, the cause is sometimes not pigmentation or volume loss, but a visible reticular vein located beneath the thin skin of the lower eyelid and upper cheek.

Treating this area requires exceptional precision. The periocular region is one of the most delicate anatomical zones of the face, where safety and cosmetic outcome are equally important.

A few years ago, if someone had told me that we would be able to achieve results like this on stretch marks during the summer, without pain, without downtime, without interrupting sports, and without asking patients to hide from the sun, I probably would not have believed it.

And yet, here we are.

These photos demonstrate the results of our modern protocol for stretch mark treatment on the buttocks — one of the most challenging areas in aesthetic medicine. Stretch marks are notoriously difficult to treat, and for many years patients were told that significant improvement required aggressive procedures, prolonged recovery, and strict seasonal limitations.
