🤷‍♀️ No-shows & Last minute cancellations 🤷‍♀️

With another last minute cancellation & no-show today, i feel the need to rant again!!

During this month, July, I have had 416€ worth of No Shows and last minute cancellations which I haven't been able to fill!

This figure is covers ONE of my bills! My autonomo fee, which ables me to work legally. Not taking into account other hidden costs such as accountants, tax, salon insurance, liability insurance, water, electric, stock, wifi.....

I am a fully legal functioning business, not just someone working from home as a 'hobby'. When i have no-shows, i have NO income!

I understand things pop up or emergancies happen and I am understanding always. However this month has been one after another and it's disappointing that only ONE client out of all of these offered to pay.

As of now, I will be strict on applying my salon policy, which is;

°No Show - 100% charge
°Last Minute Cancellation - 50% charge unless filled
°Treatments cancelled during service - 100%

I do not want to go down the route of taking deposits, however if this continues, i will.
