As a small, family-run business, our time is extremely important. When an appointment is missed without notice, or you arrive late, it can result in lost income (The equivalent of your boss not paying you) and prevents us from offering that appointment to someone else.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as early as possible. Giving us plenty of notice allows us the opportunity to fill your appointment slot.
