This week we have been playing around with the dowel, and my more advanced students are trying side teaser and helicopter on the 💪 I always teach in “layers,” meaning we start at level one and progress gradually and safely, using modifications as needed. I LOVE your enthusiasm and willingness to try new ! 😊 We have fun in the studio, don’t we? AND you are seeing and feeling the results, si? Check out Morena doing the salsa 💃 on the reformer in the last clip! So exciting! 😍 We are making some changes in the studio, including our cancellation policy (24 hour notice) and a small rate increase 1 September to keep up with the going rates in the area, and we are adding a new instructor in the fall as well! ❤️ We will be CLOSED 6 August through the 31st for vacation and studio maintenance. We played around with the “magic circle” (or circle of hell, depending on how you look at it🤪) and the tower, and I’m always in absolute AWE over the seemingly endless combinations of you can do on this varied equipment with the many accessories! 🙌 It feels like “recess” playtime for adults! Joseph Pilates was a genius ahead of his time, and I LOVE how his original system has evolved as exercise science is better understood. 🙏 It just NEVER gets old—or boring! AND it works! 💪I never tire of hearing your —no more back pain, stronger muscles and strength, better posture, more energy, better sleep, more confidence, better balance…the list goes on and on! I can’t even express how rewarding it is to witness your journeys and watch your progress, knowing I played a part in it 🥰 So KEEP IT UP 👏 Consistency is key!
