3️⃣ Hydration from inside & out is a must = moisturiser & water !
4️⃣ Exfoliation to get that glow on (but always one that is suitable for YOUR skin type 😬)
5️⃣Daily SPF ( I can’t stress this one enough) keep your skin safe & wrinkles at bay with a SPF 50

Our first visit to our local Spanish theatre at the Auditorium in Teulada 🎭🇪🇸 what a great venue to have on our doorstep.
Such a relaxed atmosphere, by the end the cast had us all up dancing !
The girls loved every minute of the show, we will definitely be going back…..
(even though I didn’t understand it all 🤣)
