We live in a world that constantly pushes us into performance, speed, and pressure.
No wonder so many women feel anxious, disconnected, or “not enough.”

But most of the time, it’s not a mindset problem.
It’s a nervous system that hasn’t felt safe in a long time.

Safety doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from slowing down enough for the body to breathe again.

For me, that safety lives in simple things:

🌊 Touch, breath, and being in my body

This is the work I share.
Not becoming better.
But coming home to yourself.

This year has been a journey of growth, lessons, and remarkable experiences. Every moment, every challenge, every blessing – all of it has brought me closer to my true self.

In the teachings of Kabbalah, I see that every experience is a step in alignment with my soul, a gift guiding me toward clarity, love, and light. ✨

As I step into my 37th year, I carry all these lessons with me – with trust, grace, and a readiness to receive the abundance that life has in store. 🌿

Here’s to presence, to reflection, and to the unfolding of the next chapter.

Day 8 of Panchakarma 🌿
Three days with a head covering.
Warm oil on my forehead.
And a very open heart.

What you see in the first images is my current head wrap –
I wear it after Shirodhara, one of the most profound Ayurvedic treatments.

Shirodhara is a continuous stream of warm, medicated oil poured over the third eye.
It works directly on the nervous system, calming the mind, regulating stress hormones and releasing deep mental and emotional tension.
It’s not just relaxation – it’s regulation.

And yesterday…
was hard.

I had a very emotional and very sad day.
I missed my son deeply.
I cried a lot.
Panchakarma doesn’t only detox the body – it brings emotions to the surface that have been stored for a long time.

This morning I woke up with gratitude.
Grateful that I even have the chance to be here.
Grateful for this process.
And deeply grateful for technology – because I can video call my son every single day 🤍

Being a mother means holding both:
the longing
and the knowing why you’re doing this.

While I’m here, I choose to fully commit.
I go to bed early.
I rest.
I follow the process with trust and joy.
So I can return home grounded, regulated and full of strength.

Not to escape life –
but to come back and enjoy every single day with my son even more.
Until the next journey.

Panchakarma is not a miracle cure.
It’s a reset.
What truly matters is what we integrate afterwards – the routines, the herbs, the awareness, the nervous system care.

This is not the end of the journey.
It’s the beginning of a more conscious one 🌿✨

Today felt like a prayer in motion.

From nourishing Ayurvedic meals and deeply healing treatments…
to wandering along another breathtaking beach…
to standing in a sacred temple where I felt truly connected to God…
to visiting a turtle sanctuary…
and ending the day watching the sunset with a stray dog by my side.

My heart feels full. My body feels grateful. My soul feels home in myself..

This time here is teaching me something so simple and so powerful:
we are here to live our dreams — boldly, unapologetically, with love.

And as my birthday approaches, I feel it even more…
I’m not getting smaller.
I’m getting braver.
More devoted to my truth.
More in love with life.

Grateful for every breath, every lesson, every moment of magic.
I choose to live fully. Always. ✨

2025 was not easy — it was powerful.

A year of movement, of choosing growth over comfort.
New places, new frequencies, new versions of myself.

Through Kabbalah I learned that nothing is random.
Every challenge was a refinement.
Every blessing was a responsibility.
Every step was an initiation into more light.

This carousel is not just travel.

The Cancer supermoon heightens emotions and stirs memories from the past. With Venus and Mars in Capricorn opposing the Full Moon, we’re encouraged to face relationship challenges honestly and take responsibility for our emotional patterns. The Nodes of Destiny support healing, offering an opportunity to soften the heart, practice compassion, and gently release what no longer serves us—though letting go completely may take time.

After the intensity of the holiday season, this lunation calls for retreat and self-care. It shifts attention from social obligations to inner reflection, especially around family dynamics and emotional triggers. Quiet time at home can bring important realizations, helping us restore balance, gain clarity, and prepare ourselves for a more aligned and grounded start to 2026.

Miami days filled with art, ocean breeze, a late night, soul study and so much gratitude find amazing warm global community.
This trip has been a mix of expansion, reflection, celebration and deep inner work — the perfect reminder that life holds many layers, and all of them are meaningful.

From colorful art moments in Miami Beach, to a night full of music and connection, to the stillness and wisdom of my Kabbalah studies… I’m taking all of it with me.
