represents the inner movement toward light —
a state where awareness, rhythm, and resonance meet.
What does a G Â M A session really feel like?
Let me try to explain it in human language — not clinical, not spiritual, just real.
You lie down…
you close your eyes…
🎧 headphones on…
and then the light begins.
And suddenly — even with your eyes closed —
💫 your mind lights up.
Not softly.
Not vaguely.
But vividly:
✨ mandalas
✨ fractals
✨ kaleidoscopes
✨ waves of colour
✨ sometimes even the sense of travelling through a soft cosmic tunnel
Everyone experiences something different.
Some see scenes, symbols, ancestors.
Some walk through forests in white dresses.
Some receive messages from their own inner world.
Me?
I don’t get visions —
I get insights.
My brain is usually a fast train — 250 km/h, unstoppable.
🧠 Meditation feels like torture.
Stillness feels impossible.
But during G Â M A?
Something unbelievable happens.
The first ten minutes my mind is racing…
then slowly…
it starts to soften.
Stretch.
Slow.
Quiet.
Thoughts drift away like snowflakes inside a shaken snow globe —
the same thoughts, but falling into a brand-new pattern.
