K-tip hair extensions don’t need babysitting, but they do need a bit of basic maintenance if you want them to stay looking good.

Brush them properly, keep oils and conditioner away from the bonds, dry the roots thoroughly and please don’t leave them to turn into a tiny bird’s nest behind your head. 😂

A few good habits at home make a massive difference to how long your extensions last, how comfortable they feel and how healthy your own hair stays underneath.

Look after your K-tips and they’ll behave. Ignore them and I’ll know. I always know. 👀

Purple shampoo is brilliant... right up until someone decides "if a little is good, a lot must be better." 😅
Used correctly, it keeps blonde hair bright and helps banish unwanted yellow tones. Used like a weekly personality trait, it can leave hair looking dull, dry or with a lovely hint of accidental lilac.
Blonde maintenance is all about balance. If you're not sure how often to use it, just ask next time you're in the chair. 💜
