A federal judge in St. Louis has ordered a Ballwin father to be deported to Mexico.

Alejandro Perez, 33, was issued the order on Wednesday, with a 20-year ban on his reentry to the United States. U.S. District Judge Cristian Stevens sentenced the Ballwin father to three months in jail, which was recorded as time served.
