Balance is not given
Balance is cultivated and fought for
Cultivated = relief to get back home
Fought for = unintegrated yet territory, uncomfortable bec unknown
reassuring is to know that I’m always only one breath from it. Only one.
🌀 step closer towards the balance with me 🌀

Full alignment and trust
The balancing energies often manifest firstly as chaos. Stirring up mid-alignment and imbalance.
Throwing it into our eyes so you can detach from it and leave it.
There’s a lot of things I’m letting go now making space for new energies to come…
Sound Massage takes you closer to higher frequencies. Back to peace. Back to acceptance. Back to self-love. Back to harmony.
Sound Massage is a fusion of body and energy work. The bowls placed directly onto your body create vibrations absorbed by every single cell of your organism. The frequencies heal your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Leaving you refreshed, present and blissful.
You have the chance to experience it now in Tulum.
The session takes place in La Veleta, Tulum or at the client's place.

The sunny days will come… but until then, lets make the best out of the rainy ones.
Tuning back in…
Creating comfort in our current environment…
Making time for self care and wellness…
Wellness before there’s the illness
Preparing mentally for eclipse season, I guess…

I belong here
No matter what I have or haven’t done
No matter what I do and don’t do
No matter what I will or won’t do
I always have been and I will always do belong here, period

✅Diving into the darkness with the same willingness as into the light
✅Consciously deconstructing dual projections of the brain
✅Allowing the chaos to destroy what shall be destroyed
✅making space and allowing brand new things to come and be born
Taking everything with ease and harmony. Perceiving the things with compassion and empathy. Guarding my own boundaries and executing them unapologetically

During the Full Moon Eclipse, I worked with the Air element.
It is not physical but it can move things. It gives the support once we flow with it. If we resist, we have to push, really hard.
Why do I push when I know it’s not meant for me?
Why don’t I chose the path of the least resistance instead?
Why don’t I enjoy this flow and why it’s triggering?
/thank you for the pic
