👉 we really need to start treating people with more kindness, and be more considerate of others people's feelings even if they are strangers to us. Because God forbid, we are ever in that same situation we would want people to be courteous of our feelings and our situation.
It's like when we see an ambulance on the road while we're driving with its sirens on, and no one seems to want to pull over to the side like they're supposed to. It makes a big difference, because time can be of the essence for that person in the ambulance fighting for their life! And if it was one of our loved ones God forbid, we would want everyone to immediately step out of the way! Just words for thought.

I am a medical doctor & bipolar I & I’m here to tell you that this is a treatable mental illness, not a personal failing. Just as we treat conditions like DM, HTN…., effective treatments like medications & psychotherapy allow people with bipolar d/r to live fully & productively.
-‘’Sometimes I’ll talk more & laugh more. Sometimes the darkness of my mind is all I’m left with. These are the symptoms of my condition, not who I am. The real ‘me’ is the one who keeps showing up every day to treat my pts, manage my condition & advocate for my own wellbeing ‘’.

Sometimes when I think about it, the cycle of life that I have traveled is not true but a fairy tale. If it was like my life experiences, I wouldn't be able to live today, but you are a changer of history and you have renewed my history. God, I've been through so much !!

የዛሬ 9 አመት ወደ ሗላ ሳስብ ምን ትዝ አለኝ መሰላችሁ ....
open defecation free (ODF) ወይም ከአር ነፃ አካባቢን መፍጠር የሚል ንቅናቄ ነበር !! ዋና አላማው ሰዎች ሜዳ ላይ መፀዳዳትን እንዲፀየፉ ኢላማ ያደረገ ና ለዚህም ሲባል "የሃፍረት ጉዞ" የሚባል ምዕራፍ የተካተተበት (አር በብርጭቆ ተበጥብጦ ከዛ ይሔ ምንድነው ይባላሉ የተሰበሰበው ህዝብ"አር" ብለው ይመልሳሉ ...ይህንን ማነው የሚጠጣው ሲባሉ ሁሉም አንገታቸውን ይደፋሉ ነገር ግን በአንድም በሌላም የምንጠጣው ሁላችንም መሆናችንን እንማማራለን ...ሜዳ ላይ ሰው ሲፀዳዳ ይሔ ቆሻሻ በተለያዬ መንገድ ከምንጠጣው ጋር ሲገናኝ...አብዛኛው ህዝባችን አንድም የምንጭ ውሃ አሊያም ወራጅ ወንዝ የሚጠጣ መሆኑ ግልፅ ነው )

ይህንን ተልዕኮ ከግብ ለማድረስ ሁላችንም በየ ጎጡ ተከፋፍለን ሽንት ቤት እንዲቆፍሩ በየ አርሶ አደር ቤቶች እንዟዟራለን...በስንት ውትወታ ሽንት ቤቱ ተቆፍሮ ይጠናቀቃል ....
👉👉👉እናም በዚህ ወቅት አንድ አርሶ አደር ምን አለ መሰላችሁ ....አስገድዳችሁ አስቆፈራችሁኝ(አስኳታችሁኝ) እስኪ ደግሞ አስገድዳችሁ ስታሳሩኝ እናያለን ብሎ እርፍ።
አስቡት ሱሪውን አስወልቀን ከቆፈረው ሽንት ቤት አስገድደን ስናስቀምጥ ና ስና....!!!!!!

ዛሬ ጧት በአንድ የጤና ሳይንስ ግቢ የተማሪዎች ሽንት ቤት ውስጥ ተቀምጨ እየተመሰጥኩ(....) ምን ታዘብኩ መሰላችሁ .....

ሽንት ቤቱ ስፍር ለራስ ነው የተባለ ይመስል እስከ ላይ ሞልቶ ወደ ውጭ አድማሱን ለማስፋት እየተጠባበቀ ይገኛል !! እናም ሱሪያችሁን ፈታችሁ የራሳችሁን ጭነት ጣል ስታደርጉበት ለአመታት ሲጠራቀም የኖረው ሽንት ና ካካ ከእናንተ ጭነት ማራገፊያ ቱቦ ጋር ከመቀራረቡ የተነሳ ተመልሶ በቅርበት ያገኘውን የሰውነታችሁን ክፍል ሁሉ እንዳልነበረ ያደርገዋል ....በተለይ የወንዶች የመራቢያ አካል በቀንዱ ጭቃ እንደተቀባባ በሬ ተኳኩሎ ያርፋል....የጭነት ማራገፊያ ቱቦውም በተመሳሳይ ተመልሶ ይለቀለቃል....ታዲያ ይሔ አሁን ተፀዳዳሁ ወይስ ተፋለምኩ ነው የሚባለው ....ሆሆሆ ስትወረውር መልሶ ከተወረወረ😄😄
ሌላኛው ገራሚ ነገር ደግሞ የሽንት ቤቱ ጣራ ተበሳስቶ ቆርቆሮው በነፋስ ተወስዶ ሰማይ ሰማዩን እያያችሁ ነው የምትመሰጡት...በተለይ ዝናብ ሲመጣ ሜዳ ላይ ከመፀዳዳት ልዩነት የለውም !!!!
ታዲያ በእንደዚህ አይነት ሁኔታ ውስጥ የተማረ የጤና ተማሪ እንዴት አይነት ሽንት ቤት የሚያስቆፍር ይመስላችኋል ??? በበኩሌ ሽንት ቤት ብሎ ሲያስብ አዕምሮ ውስጥ የሚመላለሰው ይሔ "አስቀያሚ ሽንት ቤት" ስለሚታወሰው ሰው ሜዳ መፀዳዳቱ እንዲያውም የተሻለ ይመስለዋል ።
ተማሪ ስለሆኑ ና ምንም አያመጡም በሚል ተልካሻ ምክንያት ሃላፊነታቸውን በአግባቡ የማይወጡ አጋሰስ አመራሮች ከመሰል ድርጊታቸው ተቆጥበው ተማሪዎቻቸውን እንደ ልጆቻቸው የሚያስፈልጋቸውን መሠረታዊ አገልግሎቶች በተሟላ ና በአንፃራዊ ጥራት ማቅረብ ና ማሟላት ይገባቸዋል ። በዚህ ሁኔታ ውስጥ የስንት ተማሪዎች የጤና መታወክ እንደሚገጥማቸው ማሰብ ለሁላችንም ግልፅ ነው።
