Lately, I’ve been creating more and more Cashmere brows and I love seeing this shift.
The truth is, microblading isn’t for everyone. It works best on ideal skin, but thin, mature, or oily skin often heals much better with machine techniques.
That’s why every client deserves a personalized approach, not just the latest trend.
A good permanent makeup artist should know multiple techniques and help you choose the one that’s best for your skin, not simply the most popular one. 🤍
💋 Watercolor Lips or Lipstick Lips? What’s the Difference?

✨ After the first pass (a soft watercolor look)
✨ Final result (a more saturated, lipstick effect)
Many people believe watercolor lips and lipstick lips are different permanent makeup techniques but that’s not true.
The difference isn’t the technique. It’s the amount of pigment implanted.
The same needle and the same pigment can create either a soft, translucent tint or a fuller, lipstick-like finish. It all depends on the number of passes and the level of pigment saturation.
Watercolor lips = soft, airy, natural. Lipstick lips = richer, bolder, and more defined.
There is no «magic» technique, only the right amount of pigment to achieve your desired look. ✨

LIP REFRESH after 2.5 years ✨
Before the touch-up, the pigment on the lips was still beautifully even and soft. Over time, however, the color had naturally faded, leaving only a small amount of pigment with a cooler pink tone. While delicate and pretty, this shade wasn’t the perfect match for our red-haired client.
For the refresh, we chose a warmer, more vibrant pigment to better complement her features and enhance her natural beauty. The result is a fresh, radiant look with a richer tone that harmonizes beautifully with her hair color and complexion. 💋
