Such a special experience learning how to plant coral with Fijian marine biologist and bestie @tyrae_fiji for a project with @olukai x @fijisurfco 🤍 What I loved most was that as stewards of our island homes it is our Kuleana (responsibility) to know about the delicate marine ecosystems that support life and protect them. Tyler passed on her knowledge and showed me how to plant broken off pieces of coral I find when surfing or swimming in Hawaii or on my travels that are still alive to help them regrow. 🙌🏼 knowledge is power and we are #strongertogether @olukai @fijisurfco @perrinjames1 LINK IN BIO FOR FULL READ 🙈

Today we celebrate the 13th Anniversary of Fiji's Surf Law and Niko Ravouvou Muller's 13th birthday! Thirteen years ago God blessed me with the opening the waves to the world and my 2nd son - Niko! What a memorable chapter in my life that it is and an annual reminder of the fight we struggled to open our waves from the chains of exclusivity.
We look forward to sharing the bula stoke with all the international surfers and the new generation of Fijian surfers that are using the power of this unique world's first law to bring happiness and pure stoke to all. GOD BLESS FIJI 🇫🇯
