Whispers Of The Spirit

Karma binds us because of our egos and sense of doership.Ego allows karma to bind us. When ego disappears, karma cannot bind us. Everyday, knowingly or unknowingly, we are engrossed in activities due to ego and emotion because of which we keep adding more karma. Karma creates vanity in us, and with the fruit of karma in the form of success or material accomplishments we feel content and proud. But due to our ego and emotional attachment, the result of karma becomes stronger. We should be very careful. The result of anything we do will produce both instant results and long-term consequences.
Life is filled with actions. Intelligent people act but never react. The wise offer their actions to the Lord instead of assuming the role of doership. Intelligent people are very few. Most individuals become the doers. Thus, they are bound with the fruits of their actions (karma).

Remember that man has not invented anything; he only discovers what God had already created in His ideations and made manifest in the causal world of thought from which all things in heaven and earth come into being.
