Agricultural machinery manufacturer producing a range of trailers, spreaders and tankers. Built for today, driven by tomorrow.

Charles J Marshall (Aberdeen) Ltd was founded in 1952 by Charles J Marshall. By 1956 the first part of the present factory building was completed, named Chapel Works, and it gave Charles the ability to create the relatively new concept of a production line. Then as today, Charles invested heavily in his business and purchased vast stocks of steel and other components. This gave him the added advan

Here’s one of our machines in action, sent in by a customer in the Cairngorms.

They put their slurry tanker to really good use and helped to transport water to fight the recent wildfires that caught across the Highlands.

We know that bale carting can easily become one of the most labour-intensive and time-consuming jobs of the season, so the more efficiently you can move each load, the sooner you can get on with the next task.

That's where the Marshall Easy Secure system comes into its own. Designed to maximise productivity while keeping loading and unloading simple and safe, the 3.1m (3-high) Easy Secure system allows you to move more bales in fewer journeys - without any ratchet straps slowing you down.

Available across the Marshall BC range from 12-tonne models upwards, loads are secured in seconds without a single strap, and the simple release the system helps unloading back at the yard. Minimising time spent undoing and rewinding ratchets, giving you more time clearing fields.

The Easy Secure system also offers a number of practical advantages over conventional steel frame designs. Its lighter construction allows greater payload capacity, while the larger contact area provides excellent load security and is kinder to wrapped silage bales, reducing the risk of damage in transit.

It also allows the trailer to be uncoupled and loaded using the towing tractor, making genuine one-man, one-machine operation possible. The result is improved labour efficiency, reduced fuel consumption and better utilisation of your machinery throughout the day.

When the fields are full of bales, leave the ratchet straps behind. Hitch up a Marshall Easy Secure bale trailer and turn bale carting into a faster, safer and easier operation. To find out more about the Marshall 3.1m (3-high) or 2.3m (2-high) Easy Secure systems, get in touch with us or ask your dealer for a Marshall.

With the Royal Welsh Show just behind us, some of you may know that it's become something of a tradition for Young Farmers to transform their caravans into agricultural-themed creations. What started as a bit of fun has become one of the show's more imaginative - and competitive - attractions.

We think we've found a clear winner from RWS 2026!

Check out this inspired design! Brilliantly conceived, expertly executed and a great example of some fantastic lateral thinking. We absolutely love it.

Well done to everyone involved... and to whoever stacked those tidy silage bales in the background.

While the dry conditions across much of the UK has brought an early harvest for many winter and spring crops, there's still plenty of combining left to do further north.

Wherever harvest is taking place, Marshall machinery is hard at work, helping bring crops home on farms - whether large or small - just as it has done for almost 75 years.

Over that time, we've seen every kind of harvest, from prolonged droughts to relentless rain. Through it all, our focus has remained the same; designing dependable, practical and cost-effective machinery that helps farmers keep moving when they need it most.

Whether it's grain, bales or machinery that needs moving, our harvest range is built to handle the job:

- The robust, high-capacity QM range of grain trailers, helping you to bring home the harvest.
- The versatile S range of dropside trailers, fitted with grain sides, bale extensions or both.
- The market-leading BC range of bale trailers, available with the optional Easy Secure system.
- The beaver tail Low Loader range, to transport machinery or fitted with harvest ladders for bale carting.

Every Marshall trailer is backed by our extensive dealer network and fast parts support direct from our stores, helping minimise downtime when every hour counts.

So, when harvest is under pressure, you need machinery that's built to work, built to last and backed by people who understand farming. To find out more get in touch with us or ask your dealer for a Marshall.

If you’ve been tuned into the latest series of Clarkson’s Farm, you’ll have noticed Jeremy & the team putting an AgBot through its paces as it cultivated his fields.

Coincidentally, David Marshall recently attended the Borgeby Fältdagar Agricultural Machinery show in Sweden with one of our local dealers. While at the show a customer purchased a Marshall LL-26-TAN Low Loader to transport his new AgBot and 6-furrow plough between fields.

Built for versatility, so you don’t need to sneak your AgBot over the road, our Low Loader capacities range from 16 to 21-tonnes and feature a hydraulic beaver tail that can lift 6-tonnes on its own. The low bed height makes loading machinery safer and easier, plus sprung drawbars, 10-stud commercial axles and suspension provide for a more stable, secure ride on the road.

More than just for hauling machinery, you can also fit harvest ladders to make an excellent bale trailer or add livestock boxes for further versatility.

So, for a tough, multi-use machine that’s as dependable as it is innovative, check out our Low Loader range of trailers by getting in touch with us or asking your dealer for a Marshall.

Take a look at these smart LL-26-TAN low loaders, finished in Marshall Blue and recently supplied by our dealer, Riverlea.

With a 16-tonne carrying capacity and a 6-tonne beaver tail lift, allowing the trailer to convert into a full 26-foot flatbed, these trailers are built to do far more than just move machinery. To maximise their versatility, they have also been fitted with front and rear harvest ladders, enabling them to double as bale trailers and deliver even greater value from a single investment.

Those with a keen eye will spot that the customer specified two different styles of harvest ladder. The straight ladder is ideal for transporting square bales or round bales in cans, while the angled ladder is designed for carrying round bales on the round. We also offer a straight round bar rear ladder, which many customers prefer for its safer loading and unloading of wrapped round bales. All interchangeable in minutes.

So, if you're looking to get more from your machinery fleet with a trailer that's designed to tackle multiple jobs, talk to us or ask your dealer for a Marshall.

In addition, the S-10 can also be quickly adapted with:
- Standard-height sides & a high-hinged rear door for dump trailer duties.
- A rear ramp bar for low-loader applications.
- Grain sides, providing up to 18m3 capacity.
- Silage sides with an automatic latching swing door, increasing capacity to 21m3.

Every S-10 is built with a heavy-duty 4mm floor, an ultra-stable rapid-tip chrome ram and a choice of wheel & braking options to match your requirements. Strong, versatile and built to deliver year after year, the Marshall S-10 is the ultimate all-round trailer for every season.

Check out our compact range of dropside tipping trailers, that are small in size but big on capability.

A popular choice for small farms, horticulture as well as the amenity and municipal sectors, they’re available in 1.5 to 4-tonne capacities. Built to the same exacting standards as our larger dropsides, there‘s a range of models to choose from, such as our S-1, S-2 and S-4 trailers.

Each one is fully shot blasted before receiving a durable two-pack paint finish, ensuring long-lasting protection and the quality you'd expect from Marshall.

Their compact dimensions make them ideal for golf courses, parks and amenity management, large private gardens, livery yards and working in and around smaller farm buildings.

Despite their size, they're incredibly versatile. Providing you with the ability to fit optional mesh sides to increase capacity for lighter, bulkier materials or remove the sides in minutes using the quick-release hinges to create a practical flatbed trailer.

So, when you’re looking for a trailer that’s small, versatile and built to last, a Marshall compact drop-side is an investment that will provide years of dependable service. For more information, get in touch with us or ask your dealer for a Marshall.
