To make this the best Christmas we’ve ever had, we’re looking for temporary team members to staff our tills, greet all our customers and make sure our product displays are always looking amazing.⠀

Our ideal candidate will be someone who is friendly, confident in excellent customer service, efficient and loves the busyness of retail in December.⠀

We’re looking to hire part time staff on 10h / week contracts. Applications close at the end of day on 15/11/2021.⠀

Applicants who get to the second stage of the hiring process will have to attend a work trial during shop opening times. This helps us and the candidates to see if they’re right for the position.⠀

Start date is the week of the 29th of November and the position finishes on the 31st of December. The rate of pay is £9.50 per hour, plus generous staff discount and other employee benefits.⠀

Lush supervisors are the face of the retail business, ensuring exemplary Customer Service is delivered each day. Ensuring procedural and operational guidelines are met as well as providing inspiring leadership, motivation and development to their team. Lead from the front and demonstrate 5 Star Customer Experience yourself while on the shop floor. Be aware of your shop floor at all times through observing and listening to the consultations taking place. Providing clear and consistent feedback and direction to the team on their Customer Experience is key to shop floor leadership. Ensure work is delegated throughout the management team in order to maximise your time spent on the shop floor.
