Back in the salon today from the most relaxing week in Greece 🇬🇷 with my favourite bearded wonder 😍

Being so relaxed gave me the opportunity to reflect on my life back home...

Before I left I was working incredibly long days, not finishing until late at night, eating dinner around 10pm then working till the early hours of the morning on a very important admin deadline. I started to feel pretty unwell. The day I was finishing work I felt shakey, like I was in a dream, in complete burn out 🤯

So whilst on holiday I thought, there's only one person to blame for this... the person who's in charge of my diary... ME!

To be the best I can be for my clients I need to start being kinder to myself and looking after myself. Which is why I've made the decision to reduce my evening appointments to just one evening a week, a Thursday.

For everyone who currently has evening appointments in the diary, these will still go ahead. But future evening appointments will only be on a Thursday. So if you prefer an evening appointment please get in touch ASAP or use the booking link in my bio to secure your Thursday evening slot.
