Day 1 of

4 weeks into my Smartmeal journey and loving it. Today it was a mix of blueberries, raspberries and a banana with my Smartmeal. A great start to the day if only my golf was as tasty today 😋🤣
Ps I've lost weight (7lbs ) without any crazy dieting just a shake for breakfast and 2 normal meals throughout the day.

A great week on the road playing golf and lots of business meetings. Stonehaven, Edinburgh, Durham etc . It's not easy on the road getting good quality nutrion but with the new Smart meal it's been really easy this week.

Delighted to have supplied the credit card machines at the newly reopened Charleton farm shop near Montrose. A great local business that has recently been taken over by Graeme McColl . The last year has taught us to get creative and diversify. A local business growing lots and lots of fresh produce. Best wishes to Graeme and his family.
