Jumping over into the kitchen of the Farmhouse Kitchen today for our teams top food picks and it was Chris' turn! Whilst he loves making all of the seasonal foods that are served in the restaurant and also available to buy in the Farm Shop, he particularly loves helping the butchery team out - here he's cooking up some pasta for them to go in some tasty new ready meals they're working on!

Combined with the butchers high quality, locally sourced meats and flavoursome sauces, we can't wait to test out the finished product 🍽

Big ones, small ones, weird shaped ones, photogenic ones... We've grown them all!

We open at weekends from this SATURDAY 3rd October! We'll then be open every weekend and daily from 22nd-31st October - hooray!

Great British Food Fortnight - Celebrating our favourites 🥦🇬🇧

Bryony, one of our lovely tills team in the Farm Shop picked a classic British staple from the produce department - cauliflower!

These are locally grown and delivered straight from the fields here to our Farm Shop. Perfect for roasting, baking and of course, they make a delicious cauliflower cheese!

Have you ever tried kicking this classic British dish up a notch? Our top suggestions are to add in some sliced leeks or top with some crispy chopped bacon and a bit of blue cheese for a tasty twist 😋

PYGMY PLAYDATES🐐

The goats have been having SO much fun... they've added two more dates for playdates!

Meet the newest members of our pygmy goat family and enjoy 30 minutes of feeding, grooming, petting and plenty of adorable goat selfies. Perfect for animal lovers aged 5+! 🥰🌿

Great British Food Fortnight - Celebrating our favourites 🇬🇧🧀

Sarah is our resident cheese expert and the go-to person for all things cheese in the Farm Shop. Whether you're searching for the perfect cheddar to pair with your favourite crackers, looking for inspiration to create an impressive cheeseboard, or wanting to add a delicious twist to your dinners.

Of course when asked to pick her favourite, it had to be a classic strong British Cheddar and Wookey Hole is a perfect choice. Pair it with a thick slice of Millets bakers own sourdough, melt the cheese on top until it's bubbling and serve with a dollop of British-made chutney on the side and you've got the perfect British lunchtime staple - cheese on toast, the Millets way!
