My Sound Baths are held at Cloud Studios – The Wellness Barn in Steventon, a beautiful, peaceful space designed to help you slow down, switch off and completely relax.

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a warm cup of tea, usually a soothing sleep tea, giving us a little time to settle in, have a chat and make ourselves comfortable before the session begins.

We then choose a cosy spot within the candlelit main barn, where you can set up your mat, cushions, blankets and anything else you’ve brought to make yourself feel completely at ease.

As part of the experience, I provide each guest with a small pot of beeswax to use during a guided self-massage for the face, neck and shoulders. We incorporate gentle pressure-point techniques, helping to release tension, bring our attention back to the body and create a sense of calm and grounding before the Sound Bath begins.

I’ll then gently guide you into a comfortable resting position, where you can use the heated eye mask provided and allow yourself to fully switch off.

The Sound Bath itself is created using my quartz crystal singing bowls and rain column, allowing you to simply lie back, listen and immerse yourself in the sounds and vibrations, with nothing else you need to do.

✨ This special Birthday Sound Bath is 1.5 hours long and will also include cake and refreshments to celebrate my birthday! 🎂

My usual Sound Bath sessions are one hour and, sadly, don’t include cake! 🫣😅
