Don’t forget Mother’s Day this weekend 🌺

I wouldn't normally share my personal life on my work socials but last year was tough and I would like to say a massive thank you to all my wonderful clients who supported me 🥰 please take a minute to read on.....

Last year was one of the toughest years of my life when my rock my husband got diagnosed with an aggressive form of Prostate cancer!

The mix of emotions that hit me were unbearable, the fear, the sadness, the need to be strong but wanting to fall apart! We were so unbelievable lucky and grateful for the incredible NHS team that have looked after Jed. There was only one option for him and that was surgery this came with complications and a tough recovery but the relief 6 months on to say he is now cancer free is the best feeling.

Now it’s my turn, I am running my first half marathon on April 26th 2026 in Stratford upon Avon to raise money for prostate cancer not only because the advance treatment that’s available helped to save Jed (along with his drive and mentality to not let this beat him) but because this silent killer is hereditary so Max is now a high risk and that just can’t happen so any funds I can raise that will help prevent or treat him early and save his life is worth everything

Just take a minute to think about your Son, husband, partner, dad, grandad, brother, nephew or your friend and most importantly yourself! Have a read of these stats and if you can please donate it doesn’t matter how large or small it all counts to help save a life.

* Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer overall.

* More than 64,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year.

* On average, more than 12,000 men die from prostate cancer every year.

* More than 540,000 men are living with or have had prostate cancer.

* You are two and a half times more likely to get prostate cancer if your father or brother has had it

* 1 in 24 men will die from prostate cancer

* 1 in 8 men will get diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime
