Sorry I've radio silent on here recently had loads going on and I'm hopeless and remembering to post! 🙈

Just a quick update..
To keep up with the rising costs of products and utilities, we will be implementing a small price increase across our services, effective August 1st. We’ve kept this adjustment as fair as possible so we can continue giving you the exceptional service you deserve.

Our salon policy has now changed unfortunately due to the amount of missed appointments!

We want to ensure the best experience for everyone so please take a minute to read our salon policy.

APPOINTMENTS
Appointments can be made either in the salon, by phone or by messaging the
salon page.

Please arrive on time, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment
may have to be shortened or rescheduled.

DEPOSITS
A non-refundable booking fee may be required for selected services, this will secure your appointment and is deducted from your final balance.
Booking fee may be forfeited if the cancellation policy is not followed.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
We kindly ask for at least 48hr notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

Cancellations made less than the 48hr notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no-shows) may be
required to pay the full amount of the missed appointment before booking again.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expiry dates are 6 months from the purchase date and applicable to each voucher.

Now all the chaos has calmed slightly I'd like to wish all of our amazing clients old and new a very Merry Christmas and all the best for 2026! I hope everyone ate too much, drank too much and had a lovely day yesterday.. thank you so much to everyone for their lovely cards and gifts it's greatly appreciated!
Also a big thank you to Sam and Taylor for all their help and hard work the salon wouldn't be the same without you both!
