A little throwback to 9 years ago 💚✨

A special day at The Glammies September 2017 celebrating achieving Leader.🎉

And look who was there… Lord Alan Sugar, who was a 50/50 partner in Tropic at the time! 😂

Some familiar faces from the wider team, including the beautiful Sonya Lyttle, who was in my team then — and still is today! 🥰

So much has changed since then, but one thing hasn’t…

I still love Tropic just as much today as I did back then. 💚🌿

3 things I’ve learned about my skin over the years… 😊

My skin changes!

What it loved a few years ago isn’t necessarily what it wants now. I’ve definitely noticed changes as I’ve got older, so I’ve learnt to listen to my skin rather than just stick with the same routine forever. 💚

☀️ SPF isn’t just for holidays
This one I wish I’d taken more seriously about 30 years ago! 😂 Now SPF is something I don’t want to skip.

💧 Consistency beats having loads of products
I love skincare (obviously 😂) but I don’t think you need a bathroom full of products that you don’t use. Finding products that work for you and actually using them consistently makes much more sense.🫣

And after all these years, I’m still learning what my skin likes and trying new things along the way. ❤️

And yes… a glass of vino in the garden is still allowed! 🍷😂

Looking after your skin is important, but so is enjoying your life.🥰
