Sana Bodywork & Recovery

Dry Needling🪡

A treatment designed to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain and improve movement.

Fine needles are inserted into trigger points within the muscles to help release tightness, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing process.

Conditions I commonly treat in clinic:
~ Neck & shoulder tension 💆🏼‍♀️
~ Back & hip pain 🦴
~ Headaches & migraines 🤕
~ Sports injuries & muscle strains 🏃🏼‍♂️
~ Sciatica & nerve-related pain ⚡️
~ Postural tightness from desk work 💻
~ Knee pain & joint stiffness 🦵🏼
~ Muscle recovery & performance ⚙️
~ Stress related tension & fatigue ☁️

If you’re struggling with pain or tight muscles that aren’t improving, send me a message to see if dry needling could help you✨

Your body holds on to more fluid than you think…

Lymphatic drainage helps restore flow, reduce puffiness, and bring your body back to balance.

Consistency creates results✨

Highly recommend Breen Real Estate for any property endeavours. Cormac was a great help in guiding me to the most suitable location and premises for my business. The whole process was smooth from start to finish! 👏🏼

Exactly two years ago today, I opened my first Armagh clinic in a small garden shed at the back of my house.

Today, I opened the doors to my first dedicated clinic space in Armagh city — a space I’m incredibly proud to offer.

The vision has always been the same: to provide professional, personalised treatments in a calm and welcoming environment.

Thank you to every client who has supported me along the way. This dream wouldn’t have been possible without you.

Armagh clinic now open✨
