Here are some practises to protect your energy:

✨ The zip-up — imagine slowly zipping up your energy from your feet to the top of your head, creating a sense of being held within yourself.

✨ The golden bubble — visualise a soft golden bubble around you, allowing good energy in while keeping anything that isn’t yours out.

✨ Ground your feet — pause, feel your feet against the floor and take a few slow breaths. Come back to yourself.

✨ Shake it off — gently shake your hands, arms and body to release some of what you’ve picked up throughout the day.

✨ Come back to yourself — after being around lots of people, give yourself a few quiet minutes. No phone. No noise. Just you.

Your energy is precious.

Reiki aims to restore balance and facilitate the body's natural healing processes by clearing energetic blockages. 

It has a calming + grounding effect, enhancing the flow of energy throughout the body.

Combined with the vibrational frequencies of sound healing this experience will balance your energy and soothe and reset your nervous system allowing you to find a place of clarity, peace and deep rest and restoration.

Spaces are limited in this class due to the hands on element of Reiki.
