A Reiki Sound Bath is a unique and powerful healing experience that combines the principles of Reiki with the therapeutic effects of sound.

Reiki aims to restore balance and facilitate the body's natural healing processes by clearing energetic blockages. 

It has a calming + grounding effect, enhancing the flow of energy throughout the body.

Combined with the vibrational frequencies of sound healing this experience will balance your energy and soothe and reset your nervous system allowing you to find a place of clarity, peace and deep rest and restoration.

Spaces are limited in this class due to the hands on element of Reiki.

A nurturing wellbeing experience combining gentle ear seed therapy, restorative sound meditation and herbal tea.

Created to support stress relief, emotional wellbeing and deep relaxation.

We'll begin with ear seed therapy, a gentle, needle-free practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Tiny seeds are placed on specific acupressure points of the ear, traditionally used to support relaxation, ease feelings of stress and promote overall wellbeing.

You'll then settle into a deeply restorative sound meditation.

A grounded, supportive space to slow down, unwind and rest.

I'm delighted to welcome Leona from Acusana Acupuncture Clinic Clinic to Soul + Sound!

I had my own ear seeds applied by Leona, and thought I'd share a little glimpse of the treatment so you can see just how simple and gentle it is.

Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, ear seed therapy is a needle-free practice that involves placing tiny seeds on specific points of the ear, which you can continue to gently press at home.

Often explored as a complementary approach for stress, anxiety, sleep, emotional wellbeing, tension and more.
