How have you all survived the 8 weeks of summer holidays. With being asked for snacks every 10 minutes to being called MUM 100 times a day!

Ive been very fortunate this summer to be able to take a little extra time off to spend with my kids and make the little memories we have. As much as I have loved making memories this summer break I am ready for routine.

To all the working mums that have juggled work and summer break we did it, proud of us 🫶🏼✨

This September I’ll be jumping out of a plane to raise money for Women’s Aid ✈️💜

Every day Women’s Aid supports women, children and young people affected by domestic abuse by providing safety, advocacy, practical support and hope when it’s needed most.

No one should have to face abuse alone, and no child should grow up believing fear is normal.

That’s why I’ve chosen to support this incredible charity.

will go directly towards helping Women’s Aid North Down & Ards continue their life changing work in our local community.

Hello 🫶

I just thought I would pop on for a little update.

As most of you know at the start of this year I needed to take a step back from work to focus on things going on in my personal life.

I am so incredibly grateful for all your support over the past few months, especially from my amazing clients who’ve stuck by me through the ups and downs, last minute rescheduling, and the joys of working from home with little ones running around 😅
You’ve all helped me more than you know, especially to be able to open up about my experiences and hear some wise words of wisdom, it’s reminded me of how amazing this community is and girls supporting girls 🫶

This time away has given me the space to start a much needed healing journey, finding peace, learning self love and finding a sense of purpose again.

It has also given me the chance to reflect on my why
! I want to continue to help other women start up a life that they truly deserve!

Over the last few weeks I have been slowly working behind the scenes as I start to rebuild a new life and start focusing on what really matters ✨

With that being said there will be a few exciting changes coming over the next few months; all positive off course 🤭
