We put a lot of thought into our signature package ‘The Herbal Reset Ritual’
We have seen clients come into our sister company, Body Revive with physical aches and pains but recognise these are often symptoms of overwhelm and a stressed nervous system.
So the wellness tower came about to help people to switch out of fight or flight.
We put together a grounding foot ritual with our own grown herbs, a personalised sound bath session and then time to relax downstairs with the infrared sauna and relaxation space.
Great elements on their own but together they’re even more powerful

Together they tell your body one important thing:
“You’re safe. You can let go now.”

Our sound bath sessions are always popular.
You can join in either in a small group, like last Friday, where all the ladies were new to what it is all about but loved the feeling and relaxation. ‘That was never an hour was it??’ ‘Oh I’m not sure where I went!’ ‘I saw lots of colours, purples and greens’
That is £25 for an hour (honestly lol).
Or you can book a private session for yourself or a small group of you. That £50 and is approx 30 mins long. A lovely introduction if you are unsure if you’ll relax around strangers.
