Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that times are difficult, things crop up, and life happens. I always try to be as flexible and understanding as possible when plans change.

However, as a self-employed business with a waiting list of clients, last-minute cancellations can mean appointment slots go unfilled, resulting in a loss of income. To continue running my business and to give clients on my waiting list the opportunity to book, I need to introduce the following cancellation policy.

If you cancel two consecutive appointments, a 50% non-refundable booking fee will be required before you can book another appointment. This deposit will secure your booking and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and respect for my time and business. It is truly appreciated.
