The Terms & Conditions simply explain how appointments, cancellations, consultations and treatments work, so that everything is clear and transparent for both you and me. Nothing complicated - just the important information you may need before your visit.

Please take a moment to read the Terms & Conditions before your appointment. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

T&C:
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern all beauty and aesthetic treatments provided by Estetica Studio by A. Nowak located within Refined Beauty ("the Clinic").

* Clients must be 18 years or older unless otherwise agreed.
* Clients under the age of 18 may only receive selected treatments with the written consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.
* Before every treatment, a consultation will be carried out to assess your medical history, lifestyle and suitability for the procedure. It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information regarding your health, including (but not limited to):
-pregnancy or breastfeeding
-allergies
-current medication
-previous aesthetic treatments
-medical conditions
-implanted medical devices (e.g. pacemaker)
-metal implants
-autoimmune disorders
-history of cancer
-skin diseases or infections
-blood clotting disorders
-recent surgery
-any other condition that may affect treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information releases the Clinic from liability for any complications arising as a result.

* The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is considered unsafe or unsuitable. Treatment may also be refused if a client is believed to be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
* Clients must immediately inform the practitioner if they experience discomfort or feel unwell during treatment.

2. Prices & Payment
Treatment prices are available at the Clinic and may change without prior notice. All prices are confirmed before treatment begins.
Payments can be made by:
Cash
Bank Transfer
Debit/Credit Card/Finance

3. Gift Certificates / Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

4. Appointments & Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.

* If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled.
* A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
* Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice may require full prepayment for future bookings or may result in refusal of future appointments.
* The Clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments if necessary. Every effort will be made to offer an alternative appointment at the earliest opportunity.

5. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact the Clinic within 7 days of your appointment or as soon as an unexpected reaction occurs.
Complaints should be submitted directly to the Clinic. Photographs may be requested to assist with the assessment.
All complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
Where appropriate, the Clinic may offer a complimentary review appointment or corrective treatment.

6. Liability
While every treatment is performed with the highest standard of care, individual results cannot be guaranteed.

*The Clinic cannot be held responsible where:
-aftercare instructions have not been followed,
-relevant medical information has been withheld,
-complications arise due to factors outside the practitioner's control.

7. General
Clients may request to view the Clinic's qualifications, insurance certificate and relevant professional certifications.
