The Beauty Parlour

In the last couple of weeks I’ve had a few clients not turn up to appointments. So unfortunately from now on, If you do not turn up to your appointment and do not let me know at all, this will now result in you being blocked from booking any further appointments with myself. No second chances. I’ve been far too soft for far too long. 😤

I understand that emergencies and illness happen sometimes, but to just not turn up and ignore me is just rude and I’m no longer standing for it.

On the other hand, Thank you to all the clients that do turn up on time and continue to support me. I appreciate you all ❤️

It’s been a while 📸 💙

I have a few boxes of spare eggs this week off of our allotment and are collecting daily - £1.50 per half dozen 🥚🐓

🥵ITS HOT🥵

Below is the hourly temperatures from 11am yesterday - WITH THE AIRCON ON

It’s said to be even hotter today so if you are coming to your appointment please note, there is a very high chance it will take me a while longer than usual.

Products do not respond well to these kinds of temperatures. Gels are like water and acrylic (even kept in the fridge) is setting the second it touches the nail, meaning much more filing! Lashes are an absolute no go too.

Please be patient today, I’m trying my best ❤️

With the extreme weather this week I am taking all precautions 🥵
The aircon will be on and my fridge is stocked with water but please be mindful I work in the equivalent of a wooden greenhouse, so I will be keeping a close eye on the temperatures in there. However, if it gets too much I will be left but no choice other than to rearrange. Keeping both my clients and myself safe is my number 1 priority.

If anyone does want to rearrange their appointments this week, even at short notice, there will be no deposit losses or charges for this week only. We all have to do what’s best for ourselves in this heat, so if you just don’t want to go out in it, that’s perfectly fine with me just let me know❤️

Last night, I lost my beautiful girl Missy 💔

Please bare with me as I come to terms with this devastating loss, anyone who knows me, knows just how much my babies mean to me and to say I’m broken, is an understatement. There’s no words to describe the pain I’m feeling right now. To some she is just a dog, to me she is one of my children 😭

I’m back after an amazing little holiday with my family in our little tourer 🌅🌊

I’ve just about got through all of my messages now but if I’ve missed anyone, please give me a nudge.

My pedicure bit has now been delivered, so I will be messaging clients to book back in for pedi’s (if I had to cancel you before my holiday after snapping my last bit) please bare with me 🫶🏻

Lastly I’m fully booked next week and apps for week commencing Tuesday 16th are limited as I only have a few left so please get booked in asap.
