Reluctant choice but from today, personalised products will require a small deposit to secure items, once made and contacted to arrange delivery/collection/postage you will have 7 days to respond or your items will be resold. For larger projects I will require the cost upfront. I'm a small business who shouldn't be chasing people for the money or trying to sort out delivery. Thankyou for you understanding, Lauren ๐
