✨ Cleaning and hygiene. Every brush, tool, surface, and product has to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before and after every client. This takes hours every week.
✨ Stock, disposables, equipment maintenance, and replacing products regularly.
✨ Marketing and creating content to keep my social media updated so my business continues to grow.
✨ Childcare costs that allow me to be at work.
✨ Time sacrificed with my own child while I'm building my business and looking after my clients.
✨ The pressure of running a small business, covering bills every week, and the financial impact of late cancellations and no-shows.

Behind every treatment is a business owner wearing every hat—therapist, receptionist, cleaner, social media manager, accountant, stock manager, customer service, and everything in between.

I also now have a waiting list of clients who are hoping to get an appointment. When someone doesn't turn up or cancels at the last minute, it's not just lost income—it also means someone else has missed the opportunity to take that appointment.

Please be mindful if you need to cancel or rearrange. Giving as much notice as possible allows me to offer your appointment to someone on the waiting list and helps keep my small business running smoothly.

So when you see a treatment price, please remember you're not just paying for an hour of my time. You're supporting a small business, years of dedication, and someone who genuinely puts their heart into every appointment.
