Last minute cancellations and no shows seem to be a recurring trend recently, which is costing me my time and lost revenue adding up into hundreds of pounds.
As a reminder 24 hours notice (before the time of your appointment) is needed when cancelling appointments so that I can offer that appointment to someone else. Without 24 hours notice the full cost of the appointment will be charged via payment link, non-payment will result in no more haircuts from me, repeat offenders will be charged upfront before appointments can be booked.

Please don't book appointments with me you if you have no intentions of keeping them, rather having me wasting my time and fuel only to turn up and no one's home and your phone is switched off.
Please give 24 hours notice when cancelling, no reason is needed, it's just the courteous thing to do.

Missed appointments will be charged in full, and prepayments for future appointments will be placed on your account. Non-payment will mean I will no longer be providing my services to you.
