Just a little reminder about my cancellation policy due to a high rise in last minute cancellations.

While trying to run a business is hard the level of cancellations these past few weeks have really affected my income and business hope you all understand.

Cancellation Policy
48hour notice 25% of full treatment cost are required
24hour notice 50% of full treatment cost are required
On the day 100% of full treatment cost are required
No shows 100% of treatment cost are required

If this is not paid you will be unable to book any future appointments till the amount is paid.

I am very fair and understanding with life and some things happen what can’t be helped. I was hoping I didn’t have to put any of these in place but cancellations have been having a massive impact on my income and time especially if I can’t fill the slot been cancelled and it’s not fair while I’m trying to run my business.

My Christmas week is nearly full I only have a few available appointments. Please book now to avoid disappointment 💗✨

Hi everyone, just a little reminder that my wedding is 2 weeks away and my appointments are very limited I have a few spaces, I will try accommodate where I can. My last working day is on Tuesday 6th August and I will return to work on Tuesday 20th August both of these dates are fully booked!
