Some treatments challenge you more than others… and this was one of the most technically demanding cases I’ve treated.

This lovely patient presented with a retrusive chin, with significant loss of chin projection and jawline definition. As I assessed the area, it became clear that the underlying anatomy was far more complex than it first appeared. There were pronounced age-related changes to the bone, with evident resorption and irregularities that required careful assessment before and after every injection.

Cases like this remind me that aesthetic medicine is so much more than simply placing filler. It requires a thorough understanding of facial anatomy, the ageing process, and the ability to adapt your technique to the individual sitting in front of you.

Every placement had to be carefully considered. Every millimetre mattered. I had to rely on years of clinical experience, advanced anatomical knowledge, and a gentle, measured approach to restore harmony while respecting her natural features.

As this chapter comes to an end, I can’t help but reflect on what an incredible 12 months it has been. Watching my business grow from strength to strength has been one of my proudest achievements, and I couldn’t have done it without the amazing support of each and every one of you.

The last 6 months have also been some of the most challenging of my career as I’ve balanced running my business alongside completing my Non-Medical Prescribing course at university. It’s pushed me beyond anything I’ve experienced before, but it’s also helped me grow both professionally and personally.

Now it’s time to take a well-earned break to rest, reset, and recharge.
