✨ Lift. Tighten. Restore. ✨

This incredible before and after shows what's possible when we focus on true skin rejuvenation, not simply adding volume.

Using ULTRAcel HIFU alongside Radio Frequency, we've stimulated your body's own collagen and elastin production to create a naturally lifted, firmer and more defined appearance.

💛 HIFU works deep within the SMAS layer to lift and tighten the tissues.
💛 Radio Frequency remodels collagen in the skin, improving firmness, texture and elasticity.

The result?
✔️ A more defined jawline
✔️ Improved skin tightness
✔️ Reduced skin laxity
✔️ Natural-looking rejuvenation
✔️ No surgery and minimal downtime

This is exactly why I love combination treatments. It's not about changing your face—it's about restoring the structure and support that naturally diminishes with age.

Beautiful, subtle results that still look like you, just fresher, firmer and more confident.

If you're noticing sagging, loss of definition or skin that no longer feels as tight as it once did, this treatment could be the perfect option.

"Why is your Botox £250 when I can get it for £100?"

It's a question I'm asked more often than you might think.

Here's something many people don't realise...

💉 I pay approximately £146 for a vial of genuine prescription toxin alone.

That's before I even consider: • Medical indemnity insurance • Clinic rent • Regulatory compliance • Emergency complication medication • Sharps disposal and clinical waste • Prescription consultations • Sterile consumables • Ongoing advanced training • Professional registrations • Tax and business costs

So when you see treatment advertised for £100, ask yourself...

❓ Is it the correct dose? ❓ Is it a genuine licensed product? ❓ Has it been excessively diluted? ❓ Is the practitioner cutting corners elsewhere? ❓ Are they insured and appropriately qualified? ❓ Will they be there if you develop a complication?

Choosing Botox isn't about finding the cheapest price. It's about choosing an experienced medical professional who uses genuine products, correct dosing and puts patient safety before profit.

Your face deserves more than the lowest quote.

As a Nurse Prescriber with over 20 years of clinical experience, my priority has always been safe, ethical treatment and natural-looking results—not winning a race to the bottom on price.

Sometimes, the cheapest treatment can become the most expensive mistake.

💉 Let's talk about bruising after injectable treatments...

One of the most common questions I get is, "Will I bruise?"

The honest answer is... you might.

Although I use advanced techniques, work as gently as possible and take every precaution to minimise trauma, bruising is always a possibility with any injectable treatment. Tiny blood vessels sit just beneath the skin and can occasionally be affected, even with the most experienced practitioner.

You may also notice some localised swelling immediately after treatment. This is completely normal and is simply your body's natural response. Swelling usually settles within a few days, and any bruising typically fades over the following 1–2 weeks.

Remember, bruising is not a sign that anything has gone wrong—it's simply part of the healing process for some people.

As always, you'll receive full aftercare advice before you leave the clinic, and I'm only ever a message away if you have any questions or concerns.

✨ Beautiful results are worth a little patience.

✨ Horizontal Neck Lines? Here are my top 3 treatments.

The neck is often one of the first areas to show signs of ageing, yet it's one of the most commonly overlooked.

If you're starting to notice horizontal "necklace lines", crepey skin or loss of firmness, there are effective treatments that can restore smoother, healthier-looking skin.

My top 3 recommendations are:

✨ Radio Frequency – Stimulates your body's natural collagen and elastin production to tighten, firm and improve skin quality over time.

💉 Botox – Softens dynamic neck lines caused by repeated muscle movement, helping prevent them from becoming deeper.

💧 Skin Boosters – Deeply hydrate the skin from within, improving texture, elasticity and giving the neck a smoother, more radiant appearance.

The best results often come from combining treatments, as every neck ages differently. During your consultation, I'll create a bespoke treatment plan based on your skin, concerns and goals.

📍 Based at BU Medispa, Birdwell.

People often say to me...

"I want skin like yours at 43."

Thank you—but great skin doesn't happen by chance. It takes consistency, medical-grade skincare, and the right treatments over time.

Here's what my skin maintenance looks like over 12 months:

✨ Anti-wrinkle injections – 4 times a year These soften expression lines, help prevent deeper wrinkles from forming, and keep my skin looking fresh and rested.

✨ Radio Frequency – Once a year Stimulates collagen and elastin to improve skin firmness, tighten mild laxity, and maintain facial definition.

✨ Skin Booster – Once a year Deeply hydrates the skin from within, improving texture, radiance, and that healthy "glow" you can't get from moisturiser alone.

✨ iS Clinical Fire & Ice Resurfacing Facial – 4 times a year One of my favourite treatments. It gently resurfaces the skin, boosts cell turnover, brightens dullness, and leaves your complexion smooth and luminous with minimal downtime.

✨ Tretinoin – Every night My non-negotiable. This prescription-strength vitamin A is the gold standard for improving fine lines, pigmentation, collagen production, acne, and overall skin quality.

Remember... there isn't one miracle treatment. Beautiful skin is the result of a personalised plan and consistent maintenance.

If you're ready to invest in your skin, I'd love to help you build a plan that's tailored to your concerns and your budget.

Tretinoin: Why buffering can make all the difference

Tretinoin is one of the most effective ingredients for improving fine lines, pigmentation, acne and overall skin quality. But it can also be irritating when you're first starting.

What is buffering?
Buffering means applying a light layer of moisturiser before your tretinoin. This creates a slight barrier, slowing the absorption just enough to reduce irritation without significantly affecting the long-term benefits.

It's a great option if you:
• Are new to tretinoin
• Have sensitive skin
• Experience redness, peeling or stinging

Don't forget ceramides
After your tretinoin has been absorbed, applying a ceramide-rich moisturiser helps support your skin barrier while tretinoin gets to work. Ceramides replenish the skin's natural lipids, reducing water loss and helping minimise dryness and irritation.

A simple evening routine:

1. Cleanse and allow your skin to dry completely.
2. Apply a light moisturiser (buffering, if needed).
3. Apply a pea-sized amount of tretinoin to the entire face.
4. Finish with a ceramide-rich moisturiser.

Remember, more isn't better. Consistency beats strength every time. Healthy skin isn't about pushing through irritation—it's about building tolerance while protecting your skin barrier.

Some much needed family time this week comes to an end tomorrow and back to normal at BU. I've actually missed work ❤️

"Botox is expensive." Is it really?

Let's break it down...

✨ Anti-wrinkle treatment (3 times a year): £750/year = Around £2.05 a day

☕ A regular café latte: £4.40 a day

💇‍♀️ A weekly blow-dry: Around £6.40 a day

We all spend money on the things that matter to us.

For some, it's coffee. For others, it's hair. For many of my clients, it's investing in feeling confident every time they look in the mirror.

There's no right or wrong—just different priorities.

Choose what brings you confidence, not what other people think is worth your money.
