🤎 PAYMENT REMINDER 🤎

Just a little reminder that we are a CASH based business, and do not have a card reader on site. There are multiple cash machines in Royston, we appreciate that they all might not work all of the time, however cash back is available in some stores, plus there are multiple cash machines available in neighbouring villages.

We removed the card machine from our business in 2025 due to increasing costs. As the fee's were increasing rapidly, the costs unfortunately were being pushed onto our clients, so we opted to remove the card reader to ensure our costs remained as low as reasonably possible.

We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Please ensure you make us aware prior to your appointments if you require nail repairs or nail art (this includes french). We try our best to accommodate everyone's needs, however we do not want to impact on our following clients experience or appointment time if the prior clients have not informed us ahead of time, allowing us to ensure the appropriate amount of time is booked out.

Nail repairs take a good chunk of your appointment time, as does nail art. Should you not inform us prior to your appointment of nail art or nail repairs required then we can't book out the appropriate amount of time required, resulting in you potentially forfeiting nail art.

Treatment Changes - We are only human! We change our mind!

Changing your mind is not a problem at all, we just ask that when you change your mind on treatments you give the clinic at least 48 hours notice.

Please do not wait until your appointment time or appointment day to request to change your treatment. All our treatments have an allocated amount of time, should you wish to change your treatment we need a minimum of 48hours notice, this notice gives the team time to look at the diary and see if the required amount of time is available for the preferred treatment, if we do not have the required amount of time we can advise of an alternative date and/or time.

Should you turn up to your appointment and request a change of treatment such as swapping your Pedicure to a Builder Gel Manicure, or booking in for multiple treatments and then only having one on the day, we will treat this as a late cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited, and potentially refusal of treating you on the day.
