A Kind Reminder

This time of year is extremely busy, and we have full cancellation lists with clients eagerly waiting for appointments.

Recently, we’ve had a number of people arriving on the wrong day or time. As much as we would love to send reminders to everyone, it’s simply not possible with the large number of clients we see each day.

Unfortunately, missed appointments mean we are left waiting with no work, resulting in a loss of the income we rely on.

Going forward, all missed, forgotten, or mixed-up appointments must be paid for in full before your next appointment. We find these situations awkward to address in person, but we need to be fair to ourselves and our time.

As many of you know, we are all mums, and with Christmas approaching, we have bills and presents to think about too. 😞
