Employed or self-employed? I chose employed, and I’d choose it again. 🤝

I get why so many owners rent chairs. It’s simpler on paper.

Employing a team costs more, and it’s more responsibility. I’m fine with that.

Training. Getting clients through the door. Sick pay, a pension, a job to come back to after a baby. I’d rather those were my problem than yours.

Self-employment suits a lot of brilliant people, and I’m not knocking it. This is just how I wanted to run BOSS.
