�TREATMENT�
Microblading is a manual, semi-permanent technique of hyper-realistic eyebrow drawing in which the shape of eyebrows is calculated according to facial morphology and golden ratio, not a stencil. The treatment is intended for anyone over the age of 18 who wishes to improve or completely transform their eyebrows depending on the formation of their natural existing brow hair. The treatment is done in 2 parts, the main treatment, and the essential top up (4-6 weeks later). But firstly you must attend an initial consultation where a patch test will be carried out, Alexandra and the client will run through what to expect during the treatment, desired results, and aftercare etc. and you will have a chance for all your questions answered before going ahead. �TRAINING�
Our Master Trainer, Alexandra offers fully accredited and insurable microblading courses suitable for complete beginners or for any existing artists that wish to improve their skills and knowledge in the microblading industry. The course has been designed to create the perfect recipe for a rewarding career, and all training is taught in small groups to allow optimal learning. Students will receive a premium starter kit supplying them with all the tools they will need to complete their first 20 clients. Training takes place over 2 days- day 1 will cover all theoretical aspects of microblading from skin anatomy, skin problems and contradictions, pigments and colour theory, shaping the brow, strokes and techniques, hygiene and safety, clients and consultations, aftercare, latex practise, marketing and business growth. And day 2 will be primarily focused on practical training with live models so students leave the course feeling confident with a hands on learning experience. Students will receive lifetime support and even ongoing training after the course finishes. Ongoing learning will take place on Alida Academy’s private online portal that only our microblading students have access to, and can view all learning material, content, and videos. Students will receive 2 certificates and a professional logo! Microblading isn’t always about completely changing your brows. Sometimes it’s simply about enhancing what’s already there.
A few carefully placed hairstrokes can fill sparse areas, improve the shape and create a little more balance, while still looking completely like your brows.

HEALED WORK 😌
Lip blush always looks brighter immediately after treatment, but once healed the colour softens beautifully, leaving a subtle, natural-looking lip tint effect (which is ALWAYS the goal unless requested different). 💞

I’ve been practising lip blush on these realistic lip prints and I genuinely think this is one of the best ways to practise! Especially for getting used to working with different lip shapes, tones and borders.
It makes practising feel so much more realistic than staring at the same plain outline over and over again 🙌🏼
