i have upgraded my booking system to allow a few extra features to make booking in easier…
rebooking reminders to remind clients to rebook their appointments is one major feature ive decided i need, due to quite a few clients forgetting to book, then not being able to get in when they need to. this will hopefully allow you all a nudge to rebook to avoid disappointment when i can’t fit you in.
this has incurred an extra fee for me monthly so please use it because simply, im having to pay for this feature FOR YOU.
waitlist… this will allow you join a waitlist if needing an appointment and will notify me so i can schedule you in if anyone cancels.
2 way messaging, so if you reply to a reminder for example: i can reply directly from that message.
i’m sure there’s more features than that but i felt i had to make things easier and stress free. i will give this a trial period to see if the extra cost is beneficial to us both. if proven it works then i may have to make a slight price increase to recoup the extra fees. please understand when self employed, we don’t get a wage increase!

**OUTSTANDING CASE STUDIES**
STUDENTS NEED TO READ THIS AS IT APPLIES TO EVERY SINGLE STUDENT.

reminder to all students who have not yet completed their case studies from their courses….

if you have not completed them and it’s been longer than 6 months since your practical training day & you have not extended your case study period, you have unfortunately passed the agreed time and your course is now in forfeit.

i posted some time ago about extensions and some students have not responded so they have now lost their course and i will now take them off my books.
i have contacted all students with outstanding cases studies and offered extensions, some have taken advantage of the extension, some have chose to ignore me. please do not be offended if and when you decide you want to complete your course, that i decline.
i gave enough options, reminders and messages and chances, keep chasing people….no other training academy would even do that. i am no longer a push over, simply, if you haven’t bothered to complete the course, that’s on you. sorry but it’s business. if you haven’t pushed yourself within 6 months let alone years and left it, then you aren’t taking it serious enough. my job is done, it’s up to you to complete it. THIS IS FOR EVERY STUDENT, NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXCUSES.
