Choosing your lash set is basically dating app behaviour and I will not be taking questions.

Here's the thing though, that part is actually my favourite bit. Because natural means something completely different depending on your eye shape, your natural lashes and what you're actually going for. So we work it out together before a single lash goes on.

It's always 11pm isn't it. You've been thinking about it for weeks and suddenly you're Googling things you didn't know you needed to know.

So here are the honest answers.
✅ Yes it's uncomfortable but most clients are surprised by how manageable it i, it's more of a scratching sensation than anything sharp.
❌ No it won't look dramatic or drawn on, the whole point is that it looks like your brows but better. The shape is mapped carefully before anything starts and nothing happens until you're happy with it.
✅ It does fade. That's not a flaw, that's how semi-permanent makeup works and a top up keeps everything looking fresh and it also means the style can be adjusted as trends and your preferences change over time.
✅ Healing takes around four weeks for the full result to settle, and yes there is a bit of a patchy phase in between that nobody warns you about. I always do.

Nobody talks about this enough but what you put on your skin after your brows are done matters.

Retinol is the big one. If you're using it anywhere near your brow area, it speeds up cell turnover which means your pigment fades faster than it should. Same goes for AHAs, glycolic acid and anything exfoliatin, they're brilliant for your skin but genuinely disruptive to healed PMU.

Oily skin and heavy moisturisers sitting on top of the brow area can affect how the pigment settles in the first place, and sun exposure without SPF will lift the colour over time more than most people realise.

None of this means you can't have great skin and great brow, you absolutely can! It just means knowing what to avoid and where. I go through all of this at your appointment so nothing catches you off guard.

Lip blush is one of those treatments that looks dramatic in the photos but feels completely natural in real life.
She came in with no colour and no definition. We chose the shades together, I blended them specifically for her skin tone, and this is what we ended up with. Cherry, warm and soft. The kind of lips that look like she was just born with them.
