Every treatment at Wylder begins with a detailed consultation, allowing us to understand what your body needs and tailor the experience accordingly.
For Moggy, we created a bespoke recovery massage incorporating a muscle reset with targeted stretching, fascia work and trigger point therapy to release tension and support recovery.
We then moved into hot stones, helping to soothe the muscles, encourage relaxation and leave the body feeling restored. ✨
