From opening our doors for the first time to the community we have around us today, Connective Chiropractic has always been about far more than what happens in the treatment room. It’s about people, connection and .

So when it came to celebrating our 10th anniversary, we wanted to celebrate with the people who have made it possible. 💙

We captured a little of the day and asked some of our patients, team and guests what Connective Chiropractic means to them.

Initially revealed at our 10th birthday celebrations, and now adorned in the heart of the clinic, the intention statement sums up all we are about. 🤗

The changes to our statement are subtle but mighty. It’s more fiery, clearly stands for something and pushes our energy forward to what we want to achieve for and beyond.🚀

Changing our statement at our 10th year celebration helped us to celebrate who we have been and all the achievements our clinic and community has created, but also who we are and will be. ☀️

Gone are the reactions and dilutions that crept in due to the pandemic and, well, time. The cobwebs are brushed off and now, this is the new us. We are proud to be a leading clinic in the area and are excited what the future brings for both us, our community and all the wonderful people who trust us with their health and wellbeing. We can not thank you all enough for choosing to get us, staying with us and rocking out life with us, free from aches, pains or the restrictions that hold you back. 🔥

📣 Big Changes Are Happening at 📣

As part of our clinic’s 10th birthday celebrations we announced a huge change to how our clinic will operate and work… 😮

… And this was a change to our clinic and company intention statement. ☀️

Our intention statement guides our governance and decision making. It says what we aim to do, how we hope to achieve it and also how we want people to feel whilst being in contact with us as a business. It sums up who we hire, who we do business with and represents our underpinning values, mission and visions. 🙌

So, What was wrong with our old intention statement? Many businesses don’t even have one. Well, for us it was getting a bit tired, was losing impact and wasn’t really representing who we or our community are. It had been edited following the pandemic and represented more of who we needed to react as, as opposed to standing for who we are. It became representative a period of time that was not so peaceful or proactive for the clinic and over time we found terms had lost their true meaning. It became a statement that held us back rather than becoming driver of growth and innovation 🍀

So, as part of our birthday celebrations we announced our exciting direction change. Gone are the cobwebs. We are back and our energy is back 🕸️

Today, just over a month after we announced it, we said goodbye to our old statement in the heart of our clinic building. It felt like a momentous occasion. We’ve lived and grown with this statement for years and years🏆

We love where we’ve been, but love more where we are heading and our refreshed voice of who we are, what we stand for and how/why we are different. For those community members who properly get who we are and our values, you are going to love it… 😍
