A little note about cancellations 💚

We get it. Kids get poorly, work runs over, life gets in the way. We’re real people too, and we never want you to feel awkward about needing to change plans.

But when an appointment is missed or cancelled at the last minute, that time is held just for you. Your therapist has set aside part of her day, turned other clients away, and prepared for your treatment. We’re a small, independent salon, so that gap can’t simply be filled at short notice.

That’s why we have a 48-hour policy. It gives us the best chance of offering your slot to another client who’s been waiting, and it protects our team’s time and income.

Our booking policy

• A booking fee secures all appointments
• Cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment forfeits the booking fee
• Rescheduling needs 48 hours’ notice, otherwise a new booking fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 100% of the remaining balance
• Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late: full remaining balance
