When I’m assessing a student, I’m looking at so much more than whether they’ve completed a full set.

I’m looking at their isolation, direction, placement, adhesive control, distance from the skin and, most importantly, whether they understand why they’re doing what they’re doing.

Because anyone can be shown where to place a lash.

The real skill comes from understanding why it’s being placed there, recognising when something isn’t right and knowing how to correct it.

And that’s exactly what I want my students to leave with. Not just a certificate, but the knowledge and confidence to continue developing their skills once they’re working on their own.

You don’t need to be perfect when you come to me. That’s what training is for. 🖤
